when using hubs/authorities a subgraph can be located defined as a set of nodes where none of the hubs point to authorities outside the subgraph, and none of the authorities are pointed to by hubs outside the subgraph. Using hubs/authorities only the largest subgraph will receive any hub or authority score at the steady state.
